GenieTok™ Fair Usage Policy for AI Token Consumption, Hosting, and AI-Engine Access

Overview
This Fair Usage Policy outlines the terms governing token consumption, AI-engine usage, and hosting resources on the GenieTok™ platform. All pricing is based on our default AI-Engine: OpenAI Chat 5 Mini.
GenieTok™ provides access to both our AI-Visual Builder and AI-Prompt Builder within your plan's token allowance. Usage beyond your plan's allocation may incur additional charges as outlined below.

Note: Free plan users have access to both the AI-Visual Builder and AI-Prompt Builder within their 1,000 token monthly allowance but cannot purchase token packs.
AI-Engine Access & Cost Differences
Different AI engines have varying token costs. The default engine (OpenAI Chat 5 Mini) is included at standard rates. Premium engines may consume tokens at higher rates:
- Free Plan: Access to default AI-Engine (OpenAI Chat 5 Mini) only
- Pro Plan: Access to Top 10 AI Engines (may have different token consumption rates)
- Agency & Enterprise: Access to 100+ AI-Engine Library with varying consumption rates
Cost Disclaimer: Some AI engines may consume tokens at 2x-10x the standard rate. Always check the token multiplier displayed in the AI-Engine Catalogue before selecting a premium engine.
Hosting Allowances
All plans include Hobby Hosting for one deployed project at no additional cost.

Hosting Overages: Bandwidth overages are billed automatically at $0.15 per GB beyond your tier's allocation. You will receive notifications at 80% and 100% of your bandwidth limit.
Token Packs (Paid Plans Only)
Pro, Agency, and Enterprise plan subscribers can purchase additional token packs at any time:

Token packs never expire and are added to your account balance immediately upon purchase. Purchased tokens are used after your monthly allocation is depleted.
Additional Terms
- Abuse Prevention: Automated scripts, bots, or excessive API calls that circumvent normal usage patterns may result in account suspension.
- Rate Limiting: All plans are subject to reasonable rate limits to ensure platform stability for all users.
- Refunds: Token pack purchases are non-refundable. Subscription refunds are handled per our Terms of Service.
- Policy Changes: GenieTok™ reserves the right to modify this Fair Usage Policy with 30 days' notice to subscribers.
